SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We at UltiUndies mean it. We want you to be happy with our undies, but we do have certain restrictions.

1. 30 Day Risk-Free Trial for new customers: You can try one pair of our undies for 30 days and if you are not happy, we will credit or refund you, no questions asked. If you have bought more than one pair, leave them unopened until you are sure you are going to keep them. Remember, UltiUndies “no questions asked policy for used undies” is only for your first pair as a first-time customer.
2. Return Policy: UltiUndies will accept any unworn undies in its original unopened package within 30 days of purchase. Request a return form and follow the instructions. UltiUndies will send you a voucher for a full credit, including shipping costs, or a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Just let us know what you want us to do.
3. Defective undies: UltiUndies will be as upset as you if you receive a defective item. We will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your defective item, free shipping included. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
4. Incorrect Item or Order: Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong undies or order. Give us your order number with the items you ordered and the items you have received. We will send you the correct order as soon as we receive your order in our warehouse. Please return the wrong order ASAP to us. We will be responsible for all shipping costs.
